These terms cover your use of highlyfediesel.com, your customer account, our shop, and our file and fleet services. By using them you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Keep your login private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Staff accounts are for Highlyfe Diesel Services employees only and are approved by the owner.
Quotes, orders and payment
- Quotes are estimates. If we find more once work starts, we'll contact you for approval before going over.
- Prices shown in the shop are charged at checkout through Stripe. "Starting at" and call-for-price items are quoted before anything is charged.
- Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice.
- Dealer pricing applies only to approved dealer accounts and can be changed or withdrawn by us.
Calibrations and file service
Performance calibrations are sold for closed-course, competition and off-road equipment use. Emissions equipment on vehicles operated on public roads must remain intact and functional. You're responsible for supplying accurate vehicle information and an unmodified stock read when one is required, and for following the instructions for your tool when flashing a file.
Refunds
Custom files and services are built for your vehicle. Contact us about any problem and we'll work to make it right with revisions first. Physical items such as apparel may be returned unworn within 30 days.
Limits
Our services are provided as described. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product involved.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
