Greater Cincinnati is one of the busiest freight areas in the region. I-71, I-74, I-75 and the I-275 loop carry trucks through every day, and a lot of warehouses, distribution centers and contractors keep fleets here. Highlyfe Diesel Services is based in Hillsboro, east of the city, and we bring mobile diesel service to Cincinnati-area yards, docks and roadsides.
What we do in Cincinnati
- Mobile diesel repair for derates, no-starts, electrical faults and check engine lights
- Fleet maintenance and PM service at your yard
- DPF, DEF and SCR repair and forced regens
- ECM programming: road speed, idle shutdown, module replacement
- DOT inspections for trucks and trailers
Areas we cover
We work across Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties, including Sharonville, Blue Ash, Evendale, West Chester, Fairfield, Mason, Milford, Batavia, Eastgate, Amelia and the east side. Trucks running I-71, I-74, I-75 and I-275 are all in range. If you're in Northern Kentucky or southeast Indiana, call and ask. We go there by arrangement.
Electrical problems
A lot of our Cincinnati calls are electrical: pedal sensor faults, harness damage, intermittent CAN communication problems and modules that won't talk. These are the problems that get passed from shop to shop because they take time and the right test equipment to find. We trace the circuit and fix the cause.
Fleet customers
If you run a fleet in the Cincinnati area, ask about a regular PM visit. We service your trucks on site on a schedule, catch small problems early, and keep the records in your online account along with quotes and invoices.
Call (513) 377-0831 or send a mobile service request with the truck's location and what it's doing. We'll call back to confirm timing.
Pickups and equipment too
Besides semis and box trucks, we work on Cummins, Duramax and Power Stroke pickups and on the construction and landscaping equipment that Cincinnati contractors depend on.
