Every hour a truck spends driving to a shop and waiting in line is an hour it isn't earning. Highlyfe Diesel Services brings fleet maintenance to you. We work for owner-operators with a few trucks, landscapers, excavation and construction companies, ag operations, delivery and box-truck fleets, and mixed fleets running pickups, medium duty and class 8 side by side.
Preventive maintenance
- Engine oil and filter service, fuel filters, air filters and crankcase vent filters
- Chassis grease, fluid checks and top-offs
- Belt, hose, brake, tire and light walk-arounds, with anything worn written down before it fails
- Code scans on every unit so small faults get caught before they turn into derates
- Coolant, DEF and aftertreatment health checks
We can set up a PM schedule by miles, engine hours or calendar, whichever fits how your trucks run. Tell us how many units you have and how often you want us out, and we'll put a plan together.
Repairs and diagnostics
When something does break, you already have a shop that knows your trucks. We handle mobile diesel repair, electrical and CAN faults, aftertreatment repair, ECM programming and parameter changes like road speed and idle shutdown, and DOT inspections.
Fleet accounts
Fleet customers can send requests online through the fleet service form and track every ticket in their account: status, messages with the tech, quotes and invoices. Quotes can be approved and invoices signed and paid online, so the paperwork doesn't hold the truck up.
Service area
We're based in Hillsboro, Ohio and cover southwest, central and southeast Ohio, Northern Kentucky and east-central Indiana, including Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, with surrounding states by arrangement. Call (513) 377-0831 to talk about a schedule for your fleet.
Why maintenance at your yard pays off
Trucks that get serviced where they park don't burn fuel and driver hours getting to a shop, and they don't sit in a line once they get there. Regular visits also mean the same people see your trucks every time, so a slow coolant leak or a sensor that keeps setting codes gets noticed early, before it turns into a tow.
